What this app stores
Bay Baby Audit is an internal business application for authorized Bay Baby Produce personnel. It stores account identity information, assigned organization and role, work locations, completed inspection responses, notes, timestamps, and audit history.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate Bay Baby Produce inspections, maintain food-safety and operational records, review completed reports, and generate authorized report exports.
Storage and sharing
Application data is stored with Supabase as Bay Baby Produce's service provider. Bay Baby Produce does not sell app data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained for operational, food-safety, legal, and audit requirements. An account may be disabled or deleted on request, but completed audit records may be retained when required for compliance and record integrity.
